What happens when I make a complaint?

If you’ve had a less than satisfying experience with Little Things for Tiny Tots we’d like to hear from you. 

How do I lodge a complaint?

Please click here to share your feedback. You can choose to supply your contact information or submit your feedback anonymously. 

If you’d prefer to write to us we have the following options:

We aim to resolve your issue within five business days. If it takes longer, we'll keep you updated on our progress until we solve it.

What if I want to take my complaint further? 

If we’re still unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission.
